The PlayReel App provides functionality that requires access to certainMeta (Facebook/Instagram) permissions, including:
- instagram_basic: Read Instagram profile and media.
- instagram_manage_comments: Manage comments and access mentions/tagged media.
- pages_show_list: View the Meta Pages managed by the user.
- pages_read_engagement: Read content and engagement metrics for Pages.
The App does not collect, store, or share personal data beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the requested services.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
- Not violate applicable laws or the rights of third parties.
- Not attempt to access features or areas of the App to which you are not authorized.
- Not interfere with the operation of the App or Meta's servers.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and materials in the App are owned by Erik Gelcichor their respective owners. You are not authorized to use, copy, distribute, or modify such materials without our written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "with all faults".We do not guarantee that the App is free of errors, uninterrupted, or secure.We are not liable for:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
- Content or behavior of third parties on the App.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the App or our website.Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
